Tammy Henry is the Executive Director for the Luce County EDC. She has over 30 years of business management experience with a specialty in team building and customer service.

Newberry and Luce County have so much to offer residents and businesses. As the gateway to the Tahquamenon Falls, there are many beautiful attractions in and around Newberry. The EDC manages two large Industrial Parks. We have shovel-ready sites that have the second lowest utility rates in the entire UP. We have a reason for every season and something for everyone. If you desire some of the best fishing in the state or prime trails for walking and recreational use, look no farther because Newberry has it all. Let us help you make your dreams a reality.

Founded in 1978 under the Economic Development Corporation Act of 1974.
