Effective November 1, 2020 the due date for utility payments is the 15th of the month, regardless of the day of the week. Click for more info.

Effective November 1st, 2020 the due date for on-time payment of bills began being enforced as the 15th of the month, regardless of the day of the week.  Past practice had been to allow extra days to pay if the 15th fell on a weekend, which it did in November. This change was not publicized until December, for which we apologize.

We understand that our customers were unaware of this change and some may have been assigned late fees because of our oversight.

Due to our error in publication we will do a one-time reversal of any late fees added to bills on November 16, 2020 for individuals who paid on that date with the understanding that they were still paying on time.

If you were impacted by this situation please contact the office by: calling our office (906-293-5681) or stopping in the office in person between 8AM to Noon or 1PM to 4:30PM, Monday – Friday, or mailing in a Customer Compliant form to 302 E.
